Sugar Free Marmalde

I love orange marmalade but don’t have the patience to follow usual recipes.  So I found a much tastier and healthier option.  I hope you like it as much as I do!

Two large organic oranges, chopped into quarters

2 tbsp xylitol (or can use another sugar replacement, such as erythritol)

1 tbsp water

In a blender, add the unpeeled oranges with the skin with the water.  Blend, but stop when you reach a slightly coarse consistency. After blending, pour into a pan along with the xylitol and bio for 15 minutes.  Cool and refrigerate.  Store in an airtight jar for up to two weeks.
