Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine

Learn about the benefits of Acupuncture….

I started seeing Jenny for Acupuncture from upper back pain. I had never experienced anything so debilitating in my life. I must admit I was sceptical about Acupuncture, but a friend had recommended it to me, so I felt I should at least try it.

I can honestly say it’s been the only thing that has given me long-term relief.

In 3 sessions she was able to accomplish what might have taken weeks of physical therapy, massage and medication. I highly recommend that anyone with back pain give her a call. For me, it has been a life changer. You won’t be disappointed!

Acupuncture is a safe, effective, chemical-free form of medicine that promotes the body’s self-healing abilities.

With Acupuncture, it is similar to any other therapy, as in, it will require more than one session to see lasting results. 3 sessions within the first week normally results in a quickening response which means a more rapid outcome.

I use Traditional Chinese and Distal Acupuncture – both very effective treatments.

A treatment involves the insertion and manipulation of very fine pre-sterilised and disposable needles along the body’s meridian pathways. Needles are retained for 30/40 min.
